Check-in
Before you arrive, we will send you a code via the Airbnb messenger app. The door has a smart lock with a code. Press the lock icon to activate the keypad, then enter the code and hold the lock icon again to unlock. Once inside, you can manually lock the deadbolt.
When leaving the house, press and hold the lock icon on the door.
If you have any trouble entering or exiting the house, please reach out to us.
Check-out
At the end of your stay, please put all the trash in a trash bag before placing it in the trash bins. Please lock all doors, turn off the AC, and any other utilities. Leave us a message when you check out.

Cancellations
You will receive a full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, a 50% refund will be given up to 7 days before check-in. No refund will be given after that.
